ULTRA REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Program Modifications & Termination 

  • Ultra reserves the right to modify or terminate the Ultra Rewards program with 30 days' advance notice to participants.

  •  In the event of program termination, any accumulated Aces may be forfeited without compensation. 

2. Earning & Redeeming Aces 

  • Aces do not expire. 

  • Aces may only be redeemed at the issuing Ultra location. 

  • Aces can only be redeemed for eligible products and services as defined in Ultra's official redemption list. 

3. No Cash Value & Transferability 

  • Aces have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. 

  • Aces and tier benefits are non-transferable. 

4. Eligibility 

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may participate with a signed consent letter from a parent or legal guardian. 

  • The program is open to all Ultra customers. 

5. Fraud & Abuse 

  • Ultra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any participant’s account if fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program is suspected. 

  • Ultra retains sole discretion in determining whether a violation has occurred. 

6. Privacy & Data Use 

  • Participation in Ultra Rewards is subject to Ultra’s Privacy Policy. 

  • Participant data will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties. 

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction 

  • Any disputes arising from participation in Ultra Rewards will be resolved through binding arbitration, preceded by a 10-day informal resolution period. 

  • The exclusive jurisdiction for legal matters is Miami-Dade County, Florida. 

8. Taxes 

  • Ultra will issue IRS Form 1099s to any participant receiving over $600 in rewards in a calendar year. 

  • Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes resulting from their participation in the program. 

9. Accessibility 

  • Ultra is committed to ensuring that the Ultra Rewards app and web interfaces comply with ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
