  • We understand that plans can change, but to avoid any charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled padel court booking time.β€―

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will result in a full charge of the booking fee, which will be split among the players included in the reservation. If some players are missing, the booking fee will be charged to the person who made the reservation.β€―  

    To cancel your reservation, please connect to your account atβ€―ultraclub.meβ€―or through our Ultra App.

  • If the rain starts 30 minutes BEFORE your outdoor court reservation, we will fully refund the court to your method of payment.  Please note, this only applies if it is raining at the ULTRA PADEL location.

    If the rain starts MID-GAME, we will provide you with club credits if you had LESS than 45 minutes of play time. If you had 45 minutes or more, you are not eligible for a club credit. 

    Please email or message us through the app with any day-of concerns about weather.

  • We offer padel rackets for rent and balls for purchase. You can always feel free to bring your own at no charge!

  • Yes, we have showers with towel service at our padel facilities.

  • We have a handful of parking spots during the day reserved for padel customers. 

    There is metered parking on the street as well as free parking in the corner lot (62 & 4th ave) located only a half block from our padel facilities and across the street from the club.

  • Our app allows users to join open games that other players post. To join a game simply login to the Ultra Club Portal or App and look for a game that has a green badge β€œLooking for Players from…”. Please be mindful of the skillset of the current players. 

  • At Ultra, we welcome players of all levels from beginners to competition.

    Someone should get back to you with scheduling details within 24-48 hours.

  • All courts are randomly assigned by our system at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific court. 

    That said, you can always request a court change when you check-in at the front desk. If there are available courts during that time, our staff will be happy to accommodate your change request. 

    If there are no other courts available, we will not be able to switch your assignment. We apologize in advance.

  • ULTRA is open Sunday - Saturday from 7am to 11:30pm. The first court time begins at 7am and and last court time ends at 10pm.

  • At this time, club events are open to all ULTRA guests. As more events develop, we will have some planned  for members only.

  • We currently offer the Premier Membership as our first tier. Stay tuned for additional membership tiers coming soon!

  • The dress code at Ultra Club requires sports attire. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times while using the facilities.
