Julian Wortelboer, a seasoned professional in racquet sports, seamlessly combines a successful playing career in padel and tennis with over 25 years of club management experience. His expertise extends beyond the court, setting the gold standard for educational Padel programs and pioneering the Padel Smash Academy podcast platform.
As president of the Padel Coaches Association, Julian leads global efforts to enhance coaching standards and promote the sport's awareness. His dedication is evident in achieving the prestigious "4-Star" rating as one of the first two Racquet Sports Directors in the USA and his representation of the USA National Padel Team at the Panamerican Games in Brazil.
